RevealOI sells digital guides, templates, spreadsheets, worksheets, and downloadable tools. As files can be accessed immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer change-of-mind refunds after downloading. Please review product details and compatibility requirements before buying.
When Refunds May Be Issued
We review requests involving duplicate charges, defective or inaccessible files that we cannot repair, delivery of an incorrect product, material differences from the advertised description, or refunds required under applicable law. We may offer a corrected file or technical assistance first when appropriate.
How to Request a Refund
Please contact support@revealoi.com within 14 days of purchase where possible, providing your order number, purchase email, product, and explanation. This requested timeframe does not limit any rights provided by law. We aim to respond within two business days.
Digital Access
Purchases are delivered through Payhip. Contact us if a file cannot be accessed or downloaded; we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.
