Privacy Policy
Effective August 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how RevealOI collects, uses, protects, and shares information when you use our website, products, services, and connected integrations.
1. Information We Collect
RevealOI may collect information you provide directly, including your name, business contact information, company information, account credentials, support requests, and information submitted through our website or services.
When you connect third-party services, RevealOI may receive business data that you authorize those services to provide, such as customer, accounting, operational, communications, calendar, document, project, service, sales, or related business records.
We may also collect technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, usage events, diagnostics, and security logs.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide, operate, secure, support, and improve RevealOI; authenticate users; connect authorized third-party services; generate operational intelligence, recommendations, reports, and workflow assistance; communicate with users; troubleshoot issues; and comply with legal obligations.
RevealOI may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to analyze authorized business information and produce summaries, recommendations, prioritization, predictions, or other operational intelligence. Important recommendations should remain traceable to supporting business evidence where the product provides that functionality.
3. Connected Services and OAuth Data
RevealOI connects to third-party services only after authorization by an authorized user. Depending on the integration, this may include services such as Google Workspace, QuickBooks Online, communications platforms, document providers, or operational systems.
We access connected-service data only to provide the integration and RevealOI functionality requested or enabled by the user. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You may disconnect supported integrations through RevealOI or the applicable third-party provider.
4. QuickBooks and Intuit Data
If you connect QuickBooks Online, RevealOI may access accounting information you authorize through Intuit, including customers, estimates, invoices, payments, accounts receivable, vendors, and other accounting or financial context supported by the integration.
RevealOI uses this information to provide operational and financial context within the service. We do not sell QuickBooks data. Access to Intuit data is subject to your authorization and applicable Intuit platform requirements.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information or business data. We may share information with service providers that help us operate RevealOI, such as hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, security, and authorized integration providers, only as reasonably necessary to provide those services.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, in connection with a corporate transaction, or with your direction or consent.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for protecting their credentials and appropriately managing access to their accounts and connected systems.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When an integration is disconnected, RevealOI stops using its authorization for new access. You may contact us to request deletion of eligible account or personal information, subject to legal, security, backup, and record-retention requirements.
8. Cookies and Analytics
Our website and services may use cookies and analytics technologies to understand usage, improve performance, maintain sessions, and protect the service. These technologies may be provided by third-party analytics or infrastructure providers.
9. Your Choices
You may choose what information you submit, disconnect supported integrations, manage permissions through third-party providers, and contact us regarding access, correction, or deletion requests for eligible personal information.
10. Children’s Privacy
RevealOI is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the service.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as RevealOI evolves. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date when material changes are made.
